Advanced Bespoke IT System
LRI uses a bespoke IT system to implement direct marketing initiatives. The system comprises a database of companies worldwide, a flexible reporting system, a newsletter administration system, a contact log system and other marketing support systems
We have a dedicated team of members who maintain, continuously expand and update our database. The database includes companies in industries such as IT and petrochemicals. It is not only a business to business marketing tool, with company information such as revenue earned, geographic scope and number of workers, but also a database with contact information of directors and others with strategic decision-making positions.

International Marketing of Industrial Parks/Estates
LRI is one of the few companies in the world that offers international marketing services for industrial parks/estates. Traditionally, industrial parks/estates have been developed and marketed by municipalities and other public bodies primarily targeting domestic companies. However, with globalisation, foreign companies have become increasingly important as tenants. For most industrial park developers, including municipalities, international marketing may be too costly to implement. LRI has the expertise to assist such developers in marketing their industrial parks/estates internationally.

1. Rabigh Conversion Industrial Park, Saudi Arabia
Working jointly with an engineering consulting firm, we implemented an international marketing plan for a 240 hectare industrial park designed to accommodate conversion industries, adjacent to a petrochemical complex in Saudi Arabia, and sponsored by the Saudi national oil company and one of the largest international chemical companies. Our involvement in the project began with the preparation of a development concept and the identification of a market positioning, and continued through to the preparation and implementation of a marketing plan for North America and Europe.
We developed and used various marketing tools, including a website, brochures and leaflets in Arabic, English, German and Japanese, media advertising, seminars and workshops in New York, London and Dusseldorf, and direct marketing. We created a large direct marketing database of over 2,700 manufactures in 20 countries, with key contact details - our staff with local language knowledge communicated directly with decision-makers.
2. Norwegian Health Products in Japan
On behalf of a UK-based company, we conducted market research on the introduction of Norwegian health products in Japan. We identified a Japanese wholesaler for the products and concluded a shipping agreement.
