Our business solutions services are based on our technical expertise and experience of system design, implementation and operation, as well as our business consulting and marketing experience. Specialities include the development of websites for international businesses and marketing support systems. Our publishing section, including professional writers, editors and graphic designers, is heavily involved in the creation of websites. We have a bespoke marketing software package, which includes a database among other applications. If required, we can gather appropriate data for a client's database needs. 1. E-commerce
We design and implement e-commerce solutions. We can arrange online ordering for products and find an easy solution for payment (for example, Paypal) so sales are secure and easy - all that remains is for the client to send its products to its customers. The following is a payment system LRI developed for Ecovy, a company selling environmentally friendly balloons.
We can arrange an online booking and reservation system - enabling a client's customers to arrange appointments quickly and easily. Clients can monitor the schedule and can access it at any time from anywhere online.
2. Marketing Support
Keeping track of current clients and potential clients can be time-consuming. We can create a customised database of contacts to make this much easier. Clients can easily add information, such as a call log, a contact's reaction, status or speciality, and any other necessary information. It is possible to view details of past and future communications, and any other comments. Clients can monitor progress, continue to update the database and access the information from anywhere. We have used this system to maintain a database for a large international marketing project, monitoring potential customers and their reaction to the project's proposals.
3. Website Development
We develop and design websites, with writers and editors available to help with content generation. We design websites using a content management system, which can be updated at any time, thus avoiding the need to call programmers to change small sections or add a new graphic. Clients can edit or update their websites online from anywhere without any web design experience with complete ease. We can also co-ordinate website hosting and maintenance.
4. Work and Business Management
Managing employees can be easier with our IT solutions. We can set up an online employee management system so that working hours on a particular project or business line can be tracked from anywhere or at anytime. This system can also keep track of their duties, tasks and their priorities at any time.
As part of business continuity management, we set up automatic back-up systems to ensure that vital business information never disappears.
